The Light

I have found a new light in my life. I've always known that taking each day as it comes was the best way to deal with the cards life deals us but sometimes we get carried away. We forget that we are just here to live for today. There is never tomorrow, yesterday is gone and if we do not make the next 'today' then lets at least enjoy todays, today. I have been up studying and it is 4.16am. I am totally tired but glad that at least the day was not wasted cos i'd learnt so many new things.

If I do not make sense (for those of you who actually take the time to read this) pls forgive me for I needed to say what was on my mind today. I wish that everyone living in darkness will see the light and know that even though there may not be a tomorrow, each and everyone of us have a role to play. We just need to find what our role is and enjoy it. I looked out of this window at a penthouse in Lagos, Nigeria and the beauty before me was breathtaking and as the sun went down with the light hitting that wall, it was  something i knew I had to capture. I just hope you see the beauty in a simple non PP photo. Tired of using software technology to work photography (for now anyway). Cheers!

lovely composition and lighting

i suggest touching up the levels a bit...to bring out a little more of the whites and give the shot the extra oomph

pp in itself is not a bad thing, especially when the touch up does not overshadow the original beauty of the shot
