Lost in thought on a gloomy day

I tried to get a sharper photo of this lady. I was in traffic for at least 30 minutes and she did not move. She was so far away from us (and my lens) that I was unable to keep the camera steady since the car would move every other second. She was in her own realm, she did not even notice her customers passing her by. I wished I could ask her what was wrong but all I could do was capture the moment.
